  1. Spirit Woods

Spirit Woods:
You find yourself hiking down a path in the deep forest. As you go past a babbling brook, you encounter the Great-Grandfather Spirit on the trail. He speaks, and tells of his love for the animals and reverence for the "little people" who play their eternal drums in the brooks, keeping the cycle going. He reminds us to cherish the world here .Going on, we encounter the Thunderbird's storm, which washes over us like a cleanse. Shortly after, the eagle flies overhead pointing the way towards a safe journey ahead.
Instruments: Frame drum, Native American flute, field recordings from hiking in Glacier Park and Muir Woods.
